The apartment is fitted with quality electrical equipment, which is all brand new. Two half-sized Fisher Paykel dishwashers, huge Fisher Paykel fridge-freezer, top quality microwave and hi-tech halogen cook-top and oven. The laundry is fitted with a huge Fisher Paykel washing machine and dryer. In the main living area guests will find a large screen LCD TV with digital channels, Austar Sports channels, Blu-Ray DVD and an amplifier. A radio CD player has an iPod dock and will play all your mp3 equipment including USB devices.
On arrival guests can enter the secure car-park by using the supplied electronic remote which will open the main gate and your own private double-garage. Travel up to your room via the elevator which is also controlled by your remote an you will find your self on your own private entrance hall.
The building is located right next door the the huge Port City Bowling Club. The club has two restaurants and two bars. Poker machines and regular raffles are available for you to try your luck.
From your front balcony you will see the walking path, located in front of the Sandcastle. From there guests will enjoy a stroll or a jog in either direction. Head to town via the parkland and break-wall to Town Green a short walk away or head towards the Tacking Point Light-house via a signed historical walk. Take in views along the head-lands and take a few diversions along the way. Flagstaff Hill, Windmill Hill, Flynns Beach, Rainforest Walk and to the third oldest lighthouse in Australia, Tacking Point.
